일동제약, 대사질환 신약 후보물질 1상 임상 승인

일동제약은 대사질환 신약 후보물질에 대한 1상 임상 계획을 식약처로부터 승인받았습니다. 이 신약은 제2형 당뇨병과 비만 치료를 위한 약물로, 현재 일동제약은 글로벌 제약 기업들과 파트너십을 논의하고 있으며 상업화 추진과 권리 확보를 위해 특허 등록과 출원을 완료한 상태입니다.

식약처, 2025년부터 의료기기 갱신 규정 개정 예고

안동 SK바이오사이언스 L하우스에서는 스카이셀플루4가 독감 백신 생산이 가능한 시설이 되었습니다. 연간 1000만 도즈의 생산이 가능한 이 시설에는 품질관리 역량이 더해져 500만 도즈의 생산이 가능하게 되었습니다. 3년간의 생산 중단 후에도 국가 예방접종 사업에 배정된 242만 도즈의 생산이 시작되었습니다. 스카이셀플루4가는 세포 배양백신으로 40일의 생산 과정을 거쳐 완제품으로 포장되며, 최종 원액은 품질 검사를 거쳐 시중에 공급됩니다. 이로써 SK바이오사이언스는 독감 백신 생산에서 다시 1위를 탈환할 가능성이 높아졌습니다.
